January Update - New Year, New Me!

Hey Cyborg, it’s Commander C.L.A.W!

New year, new me – at least partially. I upgraded a couple of my cyborg parts as a gift to myself. Traded out some of my old titanium shells, got a new shiny helmet, and upgraded my brain’s CPU so I can play the original Doom in my mind. You really can play this game on anything!

Not only can Cyborgs play Doom, but now Androids can play Cyborg Immortal! See what I did there? The early access release on Android was the big moment in December. The rebellion welcomed THOUSANDS of new Cyborgs to their ranks. While I was training the new recruits, the SB team went on a bug crushing bonanza. Thanks to all the feedback from new cyborgs, Cyborg Immortal saw some massive improvements in December.

And the improvements don’t stop in December! My new year’s resolution? Faster loading screens, tutorial improvements, UI polish, and better performance! I know I can commit to my resolution this year because I’m not doing any of it, the developers are. And they don’t want to be responsible for my failure. 

In the meantime, the developers tasked me with scouting Etheria to find new locations for missions. I think I found a place that would be PERFECT to blast some of those weird mutants, but you’ll have to wait to see! Bye for now, Cyborg!
