Added new mission rooms for the Crystal Caves and the Junkyard

Added 5 new mission types to intro missions
The new intro simulation will take cyborg recruits across 6 different areas to prepare them for all the dangers of Etheria!
Score requirements have been adjusted for chapter boss missions
We adjusted time requirements to be a bit more forgiving for big boss fights

Player projectile hitboxes adjusted
Your bullets will no longer collide with walls that you are next to
Boss hitboxes adjusted
Larger bosses now have hitboxes that are more representative of their size
Enemies in the tutorial no longer give XP
You can no longer replay the tutorial 300+ times to reach level 6 (yes, this happened)
Fixed an issue where certain bounties were unachievable
Fixed an issue where enemies spawned by other enemies can become invincible
Fixed an issue where health bars remained after an enemy was defeated
Fixed an issue where cosmetics were not displayed on the social menu or the mission result screen
Improved enemy navigation
Improved teleporting behavior of enemies
Improved outline of interactable objects
Fixed an issue where weapons in your inventory would become inaccessible
Fixed an issue where tutorial prompts were displayed on the loading screen
