Product Manager - Live Ops

We’re gearing up for the launch of a mobile multiplayer roguelite, Cyborg Immortal, and seeking a Product Manager to assist in post-launch operations on the currently unreleased mobile title. We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s not just passionate about games, but is innovative, strategic, and ready to lead our game to success. Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Craft a 12-month product roadmap that not only prioritizes features, but sets the stage for a successful launch.

  • Develop detailed PRDs for crucial retention and monetization features including Rewarded Ads, a Hero System, and an Events System, to ensure Cyborg Immortal stands out in the crowded mobile game market.

  • Lead a tactical approach for our game’s soft-launch, focusing on feature selection.

  • Lead live operations, curating in-game events and promotional offers through third-party dashboards to captivate and retain players.

  • Employ a data-driven mindset to refine game mechanics post-launch, leveraging analytics and player feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a collaborative environment with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure a unified and effective approach to product execution.

  • Keep a pulse on the mobile gaming landscape, identifying trends and opportunities that can elevate Cyborg Immortal above the competition.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of mobile game product management experience, showcasing a track record of innovative live ops and monetization strategies.

  • Exceptional skills in interpreting game analytics and user feedback to sculpt the game’s continual evolution.

  • Proven prowess in managing projects, timelines, and budgets, coordinating a team towards common goals.

  • Outstanding communication abilities to convey complex ideas and product visions.

  • Adept with game development tools, platforms, and third-party analytics dashboards, ready to tackle any technical challenge that may arise.

  • Genuine passion for gaming, with insight into what makes games engaging for a broad audience.

  • A creative mindset for problem solving and experimenting with new ideas to enhance game quality and player satisfaction.
